After two long years I am back open for in-house cooking demos. Sit back, relax and watch as I prepare 7 lovely dishes which will be shared around the island as they are ready for you to enjoy.

I will be cooking 4 main dishes, one fish, one meat, one vegetarian and one chicken. I will also be making 2 side dishes and a dessert.
You will learn plenty of tips and tricks along the way, get to taste everything and leave with the recipe pack so you can recreate the dishes at home.

It’s always a fun evening with plenty of craic!
