My Smoothie Bowl

This is really just a variation of a smoothie in a glass! The beauty of smoothie bowls though is that you can add extra stuff like berries, granola, bee pollen, dried fruit etc. This is how I like mine!

100g Strawberries + extra to serve
100g Raspberries + extra to serve
1 ripe Banana
200ml unsweetened Almond milk – I use Alpro
Granola – I use Paddy O’s
Banana Chips – optional

Pop the strawberries, raspberries, banana and almond milk into your bullet or food processor and whizz till smooth. Pour into a bowl. Top with granola, berries and banana chips and eat with a spoon!
