Ciara’s Kitchen is a small cooking school just outside the beautiful village of Delgany in Co Wicklow, Irelands Garden County. This is just south of Bray on the N11.
Ciara left behind a busy marketing career and headed to the world famous Ballymaloe cooking school in 2004 to be taught under the watchful eye of Darina and Rachel Allen.
After Ballymaloe Ciara started as a chef in Avoca Handweavers and from there moved to Brambles Café whilst also teaching at Cooks Academy.
Ciara is passionate about teaching cooking and so set up Ciara’s Kitchen from her lovely countryside home in Delgany, which she shares with husband Ronan and young twins, Holly and Freddie. Groups are kept small and interactive. Good fun and delicious food are always on the menu!

A PDF of the Recipes and zoom invite are emailed a number of days beforehand. This details what needs to be prepared before we start cooking together and also what equipment may be necessary. A recording of the class can be emailed after the live demo for anyone who was not able to join the live event.
Most cook alongs last about 75 minutes. They are available at any time and any day of the week.

Due to Covid Ciara currently runs runs all her classes and demonstrations on Zoom. Topics change weekly from BBQ & Summer Entertaining to Quick Dinners, Italian, Indian, Healthy Eating… the list goes on and on…
Private groups are also catered for and any topic can be chosen for these.
Priced at only €20 per screen it is well below what most other cooking schools charge. Due to the excellent value for money and a great experience almost all of our customers come back over and over again. We hope that in person Cooking Demos will start again very soon.

An amazing night on Zoom joining in with Ciara as she cooked up a storm for my colleagues and I. It was way beyond our expectations and a great team building evening.
